Welcome to my page! My name is R.J. Harrison and I am a Whitstable-based author specialising in fiction and non fiction articles and books. I welcome commissions for fiction and non fiction articles and books. My expertise is in sailing, social care, safeguarding and local communities.
I offer training in safeguarding but also facilitate workshops and am available for public speaking. I'm a member of the Safer Safeguarding Group campaigning for strategies, organisation and learning that make services safer for customers and clients.
I have written travelogues (BBC Radio 4 competition winner), policy and academic papers as well as articles and newsletters.
The Inheritance of Cruelty will be my first novel.
